How do you change your password?

  • There are two ways to reset your password
    • On login select the highlighted text to reset your password.
    • Under My Account – Profile – Reset Password

Can I change my login email?

In the case of a member needing to change his/her email, please contact members@50000foot.com. Note: Your email is your login, so we advise making sure you are using your primary email.

How do I apply to opportunities?

How much does it cost to post an opportunity?

How do I get paid for my licensed content?

The payment for licencing can be facilitated between the two (2) interested parties through multiple means such as PayPal, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Wire payment, Certified Cheque, or any other means agreed upon.

Fifty Thousand Foot currently does not provide a direct payment option, so all transactions must occur between the buyer and the seller directly.

How do I download the content I've licensed?

  • You can download your content in one of two ways.
    • From the email you received from Fifty Thousand Foot
    • Directly from the contents listing page in the Repository

I've uploaded content but there is an error and needs to be updated, how can I fix this?
